If you anxiously wait all year to unpack your sweaters and scarves so you can relish in the crisp air and vibrant foliage of autumn, then join us at Jolly Lane Greenhouse on Saturday, October 20th to celebrate the season with our annual Fall Pumpkin Festival. Not only will you be able to stock up on pumpkins of all kinds for your seasonal decorating and baking, but we will be hosting a variety of fall activities for all ages, including wagon rides and face painting. Mark your calendars for this anticipated event where you and your family can take part in all the things that makes this time of year so enchanting!
What better way to enjoy the rustic elegance of fall than by taking a horse-drawn wagon ride? From 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. during the festival, you’ll be able to enjoy not only horse-drawn rides, but antique tractor-drawn wagon trips as well. Your ride will provide not only a unique family bonding experience, but also one-of-a-kind photo opportunities, so be sure to pack your camera! We’ll have plenty of hot chocolate and cider on hand to sip on and keep warm during your journey.
In addition to wagon rides, there is an abundance of fall family fun to be had! Little ones will have a blast sifting and playing with the kernels in the corn box and getting a little festive flair from our face painters. We will also have a straw bale maze on site that is perfect for an autumn afternoon challenge for you and your loved ones. For a break from all of the excitement, stop and roast some marshmallows for a fall treat that’s sure to please!
After your autumn adventure, stop by and check out our selection of gourds of all colors, shapes and sizes. Add to your Halloween décor with one of our jack o’lanterns or painted pumpkins, or load up on the pumpkins you need for your seasonal baking recipes. Our bountiful selection also makes a great backdrop for a fall family photo.
